DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For the relief of symptoms of mild dehydration: Adults: 1 sachet in 200 mL of water as required (maximum 3 sachets per day or as directed by your healthcare professional). Children: As directed by your healthcare professional. Fluids should be consumed at a rate to satisfy thirst and maintain pale-coloured urine.

WARNINGS
Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains sugars and sulfites. One sachet dose (6.6 g) contains 340 mg of sodium and 157 mg of potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines - consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of children. If diarrhoea persists, seek medical advice. Do not use if tamper seal is broken or sachet is torn.
