Returns and Exchanges
Product Inspection Period
If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the product, and provide the following information: your name, order number, contact phone number, name of the product to be returned, and the reason for return along with photos. Our customer service will then assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return Policy
The returned product must be unused and free of any damages or defects caused by human factors. The 5-day inspection period is provided for you to evaluate if the product meets your needs, and is not a trial period. If our store has informed you, please keep the original complete packaging (including the outer box), otherwise we will not accept the return.
The following situations are not eligible for returns:
Beyond the 5-day product inspection period
The product has been opened and used, or damaged due to human factors such as stains, malfunctions, damages, wear and tear, scratches, or dirt
The product packaging is incomplete or missing invoice/accessories
Malicious or excessive returns
Return Process
Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for return → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide delivery time, contact information and address → The product will be collected by the logistics provider arranged by the store.
Refund Policy
Credit card payments: Once the return is successful, the refund will be directly credited back to the original credit card account.
Cash on delivery: Once the return is successful, the refund will be transferred to the bank account provided by you.
Exchange Policy
The exchange product must be unused and free of any damages or defects caused by human factors; if our store has informed you, please keep the original complete packaging (including the outer box), otherwise we will not accept the exchange.
Exchange Process
When you and our store agree to process an exchange, please first complete the return process for the original order, and then place a new order. Our company will only issue an invoice and collect or refund the difference in price; if there is no price difference, no further action is required.
